The reports, scores, benchmarks, recommendations, and ROI calculations provided by this Service are for general informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional financial, accounting, auditing, legal, or consulting advice.

5. ROI Estimates

ROI calculations and "potential savings" figures are estimates based on industry averages and the information you provide. Actual savings will vary based on your specific operations, implementation, market conditions, and many other factors. We make no guarantees about financial outcomes.

6. Third-Party Recommendations

Our reports may recommend third-party software tools and services. These recommendations are based on assessment results and general industry fit. We may receive referral commissions ("affiliate fees") if you purchase recommended products through our links.

Affiliate relationships do not influence your assessment scores or the identification of operational gaps — those are calculated from your responses before any recommendations are generated. However, the specific tools recommended may be influenced by available affiliate partnerships.

We are not responsible for third-party products, services, pricing, or terms. Evaluate all software independently before purchasing.

7. Accuracy of Your Information

The quality of your report depends on the accuracy of your responses. You agree to provide truthful and good-faith answers to the assessment questions. We are not responsible for inaccurate reports resulting from incorrect or misleading input.

8. Intellectual Property

The assessment methodology, scoring algorithms, report templates, and site content are owned by MRU Consulting Pty Ltd. Your individual report is generated for your personal or internal business use.

You may share your report within your organization and with external stakeholders. You may not resell reports, scrape the assessment for competitive purposes, or reverse-engineer the scoring methodology.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MRU CONSULTING PTY LTD AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED AUD $100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MRU Consulting Pty Ltd from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or any business decisions made based on the Service's output.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading assessment data to manipulate benchmarks.
• Use automated tools to submit bulk assessments.
• Attempt to access, modify, or reverse-engineer our systems.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to rate-limit or block access to users who abuse the Service.

12. Report Availability

Reports are stored for 1 year after generation. We do not guarantee perpetual access to your report. You are encouraged to save or print your report for your records. We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
